About

Our mission

Empowering Lives

We empower resilient refugees by creating remote job opportunities that foster economic independence, dignity, and inclusion. Together, we’re building bridges to a brighter, more hopeful future — one person, one job, one community at a time.

  • Who is a Refugee

Refugees are individuals forced to flee conflict or persecution. Many are highly skilled and educated, yet face enormous barriers to employment due to displacement and discrimination.

  • Dzaleka Refugee Camp

Located in Malawi, Dzaleka Refugee Camp is home to thousands of displaced people. With limited access to education and employment, refugees there rely on outside support to rebuild their lives.

  • Local Partnerships

We collaborate with local NGOs to stay deeply connected to the community. These partnerships ensure refugees receive the support they need — and by renting space from these NGOs, we help sustain their life-changing work.

Be part of something bigger. Explore ways to make a meaningful impact by supporting our mission to bring remote job opportunities to refugees who are ready to work and rise.

Now It's Your Turn

Change Thousands of Lives Through Meaningful Work

Partner with Zawadie to create remote jobs for refugees – ad be the spark that transforms futures.

Our History

Zawadie Solutions began with a bold idea: what if providing real work opportunities could do more for refugees than yet another training or education program? While skills development is important, we believed that dignified, paid work could have an immediate and lasting impact.

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic — a time when the world embraced remote work like never before — Tyler Clark saw an opportunity. If we could provide refugees with access to internet, computers, and reliable electricity, there was no reason they couldn’t participate in the global digital workforce.

That vision took root at the Dzaleka Refugee Camp in Malawi. In January 2024, Tyler visited the camp to meet the first team in person — a milestone moment that symbolized the shift from idea to reality. Today, Zawadie continues to grow from that spark, connecting resilient refugees with meaningful work and rewriting the story of what’s possible.
